Check the speaker connections.
Examine the wires on the back of your speaker and make sure your speakers are plugged into the proper location.
If any of these connections are loose, plug them back in to secure the connection.
A loose connection could be the reason you have a speaker with no sound.
Why is no sound coming out of my speakers?
If your computer has the Windows operating system, make sure the correct playback device is set as the default device for sound output. If the wrong playback device is set as the default device, the sound will not come out of the expected device (i.e., speakers or headphones). Open the Control Panel.
Why is my Bluetooth speaker not playing sound?
Make sure the speaker is not muted and the volume is up. Make sure your Bluetooth® device is playing audio, and the volume is up. Turn off or disable Bluetooth on all other paired devices nearby (including Bose® preferred devices) and reconnect the device you want to hear.
How can I fix my speakers?
Unfasten the driver (speaker) by removing screws around the perimeter.
- If the speaker is noisy, check the voice coil. Use rubber cement or a repair kit to repair any small holes in the cone.
- If sound is intermittent, check the speaker cable and connections, test the thermal fuse and check the voice coil.
